Call for Candidates

We at TRM are looking for a new kind of candidate.

Not a politician. Not a career seeker. Not someone chasing power or prestige.

We are looking for citizens — ordinary people — who are ready to serve as pure representatives of their communities in Congress.

Here is what makes the ideal TRM candidate:

• You have never run for, or held public office before, and you are not currently running or planning to run for office. 
• You reject the party system and the broken politics it sustains. 
• You believe that what we call “democracy” today functions more like an oligarchy.
• You have no political ambitions, no craving for a personal spotlight, and no ego to feed.
• You fully understand the TRM mission: That the role of a representative is not to "lead" but to faithfully, transparently, and mechanically translate the will of the people into votes. Period.
• You are excited by this mission and willing to take the vow of silence: Never talking about yourself or your stand on issues, never persuading others on issues, but instead dedicating yourself wholly to the voice of your constituents.
• You can communicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully.
• You are digitally fluent, comfortable with web platforms, and able to use online tools to engage and inform.
• You bring even temper, humility, and discipline to your work.

This is not a call for "leaders" or charismatic motivational speakers. 

This is a call for vessels: For pure avatars of the people. 

For citizens willing to serve in the truest sense of the word: To set aside their own views and ambitions, and to give their vote entirely to the majority will of their community.
